WWW Wednesday: October 17, 2018

Hi, everyone!

I hope you are all doing great. It’s Wednesday once again and it’s time for another WWW post.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam@Taking on a World of Words. To participate, just answer the three questions below and link back to her or simply put your answers in the comments section on her blog so she can check out your answers.

The three WWW questions are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

The Warning is certainly intriguing it’s such a laborious read. The pacing is slow and there are multiple characters to follow. And with few chapters left to read, I still can’t seem to figure out what’s going on as there’s a lot of red herrings to throw the readers off. It follows the story of a mother who’s trying to find out what really happened to her son who died in an accident after she received an email telling her to seek the truth. Despite not getting support from her husband, she went in a wild goose chase for the truth.

I’ve finished The Wife’s Secret recently which turns out to be a good thriller. It is about Charley Willis, daughter of a famous TV personality couple who was murdered at their own home. Charley was 13-years-old and has survived the attack by hiding in the closet. Years later, she’s living out of the spotlight. And now, she just got married. But hours after the wedding, Charley went missing. Could it be that the Willis Curse really exist? Her husband, Seth, is about to find out.

I’ll be reading this YA novel, Orca Rising, about a 16-year-old teen who’s been recruited by his uncle to a mysterious spy agency with gifted teens. This looks promising and really interesting.

That’s it for my WWW. See you again next Wednesday and feel free to share your own WWWs below. Have a good day!
