WWW Wednesday: September 26, 2018

Hi, everyone!

I hope you are all doing great. It’s Wednesday once again and it’s time for another WWW post.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam@Taking on a World of Words. To participate, just answer the three questions below and link back to her or simply put your answers in the comments section on her blog so she can check out your answers.

The three WWW questions are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

The Chrysalis sounds like a creepy book and it sure has that vibe but not as much horror as I hoped.  It follows the story of a young couple who found themselves in a new house in the suburbs. Surprisingly, the house is affordable despite its big size. Unknown to them, a murder occurred in the house that resulted in its cheaper price. But the husband found something else in the basement and later on spend all his time there. And before long, his life isn’t the same again.

806 is a quick and fun read about three teenagers who found out they share something in common, a biological dad. Despite being different from each other, they all agree on wanting to meet their father. And so, they embark on a road trip to find Donor 806. What follows is an unforgettable adventure that brings the siblings closer than they intend to.

I might pick up Loose Tongues as my next read. It follows the newly-qualified Detective Constable who just got his first case as part of an investigating team in a series of killings where women are found dead and their phone shoved up their throat.

That’s it for my WWW. See you again next Wednesday and feel free to share your own WWWs below. Have a good day!
